Bidding and Purchases

All bids are binding. If you are the winning bidder, you are obligated to complete the purchase at the hammer price plus applicable buyer's premium and taxes.

Seller Obligations

Sellers warrant that they have the right to sell consigned items and that all descriptions are accurate and complete.
